We first met Jason at a bridal show and immediately loved his personality, but what really sold us was his answer to the question, “What can you do with lightsabers?” Let’s just say… some very impressive things! He was incredibly accommodating when we asked for an outdoor engagement shoot in December and didn’t let the cold stop us from getting absolutely stunning photos — so stunning that we couldn’t choose just one for our save-the-dates.
Throughout the entire planning process, Jason stayed in regular contact, made sure he understood all the details of our day, and truly listened to what moments were most important for us to capture. On the wedding day, he arrived at 9 a.m. for hair and makeup and stayed with us all the way until the shuttle left for the hotel at the end of the night. His team thought of everything and delivered the most beautiful wedding photos I have ever seen.
I never even had to go to the bar for a drink — Jason would somehow appear behind me with my signature cocktail right when I needed it. He and his team captured moments I didn’t even realize were happening, and those candid shots are some of our favorites. On top of all of that, Jason was the life of the party. He interacted with our guests, kept the energy high, and made everyone feel comfortable. Nearly every guest we’ve spoken to since the wedding has mentioned how amazing he was.
We truly could not have asked for a better photographer or overall experience.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Jason Oliver Photography. We found Jason like so many ways we want to find products and services to use....the internet!!! We interviewed 3 photographers and decided to use Jason based on the packages he offered, pricing, and ENERGY. His mind is always thinking of ways to make each picture unique and specific to the couple and the location. We did an engagement shoot in downtown Philadelphia that came out wonderful. We used one of the photos on our invitation and scattered a few more during our reception, which our guests loved. During the ceremony, I can't say specifically where he was because he was taking pictures from different angles and locations. Never intrusive, very friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He was involved in all aspects of the process and not once did my wife and I feel ignore or lost. Jason made such an impression on one guest in particular, that she will be using him at her upcoming wedding. I also need to mention that he made sure that our final prints reach us before a trip out of the country, which was very much appreciated. The aren't enough words to express how much we enjoyed Jason and the work he put in to make our day special.

“From the first second I met him it was like talking to an old friend. I'd call him with a question, he'd answer it. It was great communication. Honestly, it was probably the best communication with any of my vendors I've ever had for my wedding. Day of, he was with us the whole time he was energetic. My entire wedding party loved having him there and he was part of the party. He was on the dance floor taking pictures and dancing along as he was taking the pictures. I don't think this was part of it but he was always making sure my drink was full as I was on the dance floor so it came as a bonus. Even after the wedding, the communication and everything has been perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our wedding.”

“Jason from the very start was really, really nice. He made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. Our first ever photoshoot was our engagement shoot and they came out really really nice. We were very golden in our pictures. Day of the wedding, he made everyone feel at ease. He was very helpful and he just made the day the process, very smooth for the day. Our first look pictures were amazing. He basically got all the shots that I wanted and we topped it off with our fireworks show. And he got some really amazing pictures with the fireworks so I would definitely recommend Jason.

He knew who was who and what's up to the point where numerous of my family members had to hug him before he left. He was just literally one of the family at that point but he was very committed to the details. I wanted certain pictures and he delivered on them.
Everything we asked Jason, any kind of special shots we wanted whether it was the engagement shoot or day of the wedding, getting ready for the wedding even at the ceremony - Jason did it all. He gave suggestions on how to get a better shot of what we wanted and you know we were happy with everything that came of it. He got us sneak peeks of our pictures within like the next week which I wasn't anticipating that soon. It was great to see them and I honestly everyone just loved him.
